	Wanda J. Martin, Owner & Sr. Loan Officer
	Wanda worked in the Title Insurance industry for 17 years. After serving in almost all capacities of the business, she made the decision to get out of Corporate America. Running into an old business partner sparked a desire to start her own company, thus the dawn of Heritage Financial. Wanda had very strong ethics and wanted to start a company that was truly dedicated to each individual client and their needs. Today, Heritage Financial remains one of the most highly regarded brokerages in the area. Wanda has a true passion to help people that shows in all she does. The Heritage Team that she has created shares the same passion and energy.

	Emily Sandefur, Certified Mortgage Advisor
	Emily started with Heritage Financial 7 years ago when her part-time position soon blossomed into a career. In 2004 she obtained her Real Estate license and became a Loan Officer. In 2007 Emily completed training to further her career in the lending industry and is now a Certified Mortgage Advisor. Her warm personality and cheerful disposition coupled with strong ethics, makes Emily a perfect fit for the Heritage Team. Emily strongly believes that education is key to feeling good about your financing; the extra time is always taken to insure Emily's clients walk away with knowledge and feel confident in their decisions.

	Linda Lombardi-Campat, Sr. Loan Officer and Notary Public
	With over 28 years of experience in residential lending, Linda has worked as an Escrow Officer and Title Officer for many years and is well versed in Real Estate Law and as a Loan Underwriter. Her number one priority is her commitment to all of her clients at all costs. Linda's business is based on relationships, referrals and repeat clients.

	Diane Ellis, Sr. Loan Officer and Notary Public
	The newest member of the Heritage Team, Diane brings with her over 39 combined years of lending, title officer and escrow officer experience. In Real Estate financing Since 1989, she has served Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties for nearly 20 years. Born and raised in Ventura (4th generation), Diane has created strong bonds with her clients and her community.

	Wendy J. Martin, Broker
	Wendy, a graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, spends most of her time as a Civil Engineer with the LA County Sanitation District. She has been the acting Broker of Heritage Financial since 2003 and enjoys helping her friends and colleagues purchase their first homes.

	Duchess, a 9 year old Norwegian Elk-hound, is enthusiastic and loves people. She comes to work everyday with bounds of energy and greets each client that comes through our door.
